Hi, I'm Cole, purveyor of audio goodness.
Ever since childhood, I’ve been captivated by the magic of video games. I love the way story, visuals, gameplay, and especially sound blend into unforgettable experiences. I'll never forget how mind blowing it was as a kid to see Link riding his horse across Hyrule as Koji Kondo's haunting, yet hopeful score filled the speakers.
As I grew up, I experimented with many different creative disciplines like making comic books, flash animations and 3D modeling. Eventually I found my way to music, where I cut my teeth recording and producing albums with my rock band.
Later in life, I dove headlong into the world of game development, mastering tools like Unity, FMOD, Wwise, Godot, and Unreal Engine. After entering game jams and creating various practice projects, I released my first soundtrack for Bone’s Cafe on Nintendo Switch in 2022. Since then, I’ve worked as a freelancer on a steady stream of indie titles in a variety of genres from action and horror to cozy and casual. For the past year and a half I've been working as the composer and sound designer for Grimshire which went into early access in July of 2025.

So...why hire an audio guy in 2025? Stock libraries and AI tools might help fill the silence, but I want to help you capture the heart and soul of your game. Thoughtfully crafted audio transforms prototypes into living worlds. It communicates invaluable feedback to players, and it connects with their emotions in ways that nothing else can.
As George Lucas famously said, “sound and music are 50% of the entertainment.” Audio is too important to be an afterthought. Let’s work together to make your game sound as unforgettable as it looks.
